Explore the human relationship with nature in the unique ecosystem of Kings Park to enhance your sense of well-being.

Details: Your certified mindfulness instructor will lead you in this 90 min experience. You will silently and slowly walk through the bushland of Kings Park, introducing you to mindfully spending time in nature. Enjoy a guided meditation under a beautiful, ancient peppermint tree and some individual time getting up close and personal with elements of the ecosystem. You will have time to reflect together on our relationship with the natural environment. Come away feeling calm and ready for the day ahead.

Date: Tuesday 31 March 2026

Start Time: 7.30 sharp. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early plus allow time for parking.

Meeting Location: Roe Gardens carpark, Forrest Drive, Kings Park

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Duration: Up to 1.5 hrs.

Distance: Approximately 1.5 km.

Difficulty: Easy degree of difficulty.

Accessibility: This walk is NOT suitable for wheelchairs, prams or mobility aids.

What to wear and bring: Portable chair (or towel or yoga mat), water bottle, comfortable enclosed walking shoes. Insect repellent is recommended.

Bring sunscreen, hat and a raincoat (weather dependent).

Weather: This walk will go ahead if it is raining but in the event of severe weather or fire risk it may be cancelled. Check the notices section of the Kings Park websitehttps://www.bgpa.wa.gov.au/notices for cancellation information.

CANCELLATION: Our walks are popular and ticket numbers are limited to give walkers the best experience possible. We ask that you cancel if you are no longer able to attend so that we can offer a place to those on the waitlist. Cancellation is easy, just go to your eticket and click on ‘Cancel’.
