Sarah Eldridge is an experienced professional with over 25 years in community services, mental health and youth work. Proficient in client support, supervision, and advocacy, she specialises in mentoring at-risk youth, post-disaster recovery, and trauma intervention. She has extensive experience in addressing family violence, substance abuse, and homelessness. She also advocates for individuals of all ages with chronic illness and disability.
Sarah is a sought-after speaker, presenting at national and international conferences and presenting professional development days for the corporate and not-for profit sectors. As an educator, she instils passion and skills in her students through innovative teaching methods. Her commitment to social justice extends to advocating for community needs to governmental and organisational leadership.
Academically, Sarah holds a Graduate Diploma in Adult Vocational Education & Training from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health & Wellbeing from the University of Melbourne. She is completing her Master's thesis in Adolescent Health & Wellbeing, embodying a dedication to excellence and positive change.
