What happens over each session?
Over eight immersive evenings each week, we’ll explore the 10 steps of iRest, unfold the core principles of Yoga Nidra, and experience guided group meditations that support emotional balance and wellbeing.
You’ll receive a comprehensive workbook, enjoy heartfelt group discussions, and discover simple yet powerful tools you can use anytime to manage stress, improve sleep, and cultivate resilience.
Throughout the course we will:
- Introduce the 10 steps of iRest;
- Discuss the basic core concepts step-by-step over 8 weeks;
- Provide a workbook for your guidance;
- Finish each week with a 30-40-minute group guided meditation
which will take you on a journey of self-discovery; and - Have a heartfelt discussion on any questions that arise.
