What style of breathwork will we be doing?

Accepted Answer

This experience includes both slower-than-normal and faster-than-normal breathing. You will engage in slower breathing to down-regulate your nervous system. We will then breathe faster for a period of time to activate the nervous system and slow down the thinking part of our brain.

Is fast breathing safe?

Accepted Answer

Question 3

Can I attend the sessions as a stand alone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each month will be a stand alone experience however, inner healing is most effective when engaged with regularly with appropriate time to integrate.
