The TransformAction Strategy Day is designed to enable your business to shift several gears, to crystalise the vision, strategy and business model that is “right” for your organisation. With the right road-map implementation decisions can then be made with great confidence and agility inspiring your leadership team, people and customers. The focus of this day is to develop your road-map to Transform and to take Action.

Not just for the CEO! To drive an organisation through transformation requires your Leadership Team to be on board. So bring at least two members of your team with whom you can co-create your organisations future! Three ‘seats’ are included in the investment for this workshop.

The Lead Your Industry TransformAction Strategy Day is specifically designed for CEOs who seek to build the capability of themselves and their Leadership Team empowering the business to take a leadership position in their industry.

At what stage is your business at?

TransformAction Strategy Day

Spend a day with at least 2 key members of your Leadership Team working on your business developing clarity about the future direction of your organisation.

Create an inspiring vision of how you will Lead Your Industry, a vision that motivates your team on a daily basis and that provides clarity for why your customers should choose your business ahead of your competition.

Create the “Right Strategy” for your organisation.

  • Develop an Inspiring Vision.
  • Develop the right Winning Strategy and Business Model for your business.
  • Develop an implementation process that ensures your team will execute.
  • Develop a framework for keeping your team accountable.
  • Develop an Advisory Board format that can provide skills, networks, new thinking and accountability.

You will be working with new tools, processes and models that you will be able to take away to work through with your extended team.

Designed for the CEOs, and Directors of High Growth private companies who believe there is a more effective way to enable their organisation to achieve greater impact, more swiftly.

What’s included:

  • A seat for the CEO and up to two additional Leadership Team members.
  • All tools, templates and workbooks are available in hard and soft copy on the day.
  • Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea.
  • Preparatory work sent to you at least 7 days prior.
  • Timing: 8am for an 8.30am sharp start. Close 5pm.

There will be group learning sessions and discussion followed by your team working on your business. The workshop will be limited to 12 non-competing businesses to ensure maximum group learning and focus on your own TransformAction plan.

What to bring?

Bring your laptop/tablet and or your favourite notebook and writing materials and wear relaxed clothing to make sure you’re comfortable all day.

Investment:

The investment for the CEO and up to 2 additional members of the Leadership Team / Board to attend the workshop with all the inclusions is a total of $1100 inc GST. You will only need to purchase one ticket for your team to attend. There's an Early-Bird price of $990 inc GST if you register before December 9th.

Business TransformAction Program:

Attendees at this workshop will be automatically eligible to enrol in the 10 month Business TransformAction Program to ensure their Strategy is implemented. For details see HERE

The Facilitator

Anthony Moss - Lead Your Industry Pty Ltd

Anthony Moss helps build great businesses. Working with CEOs and boards of directors, he helps invigorate a company’s vision for growth, energise their management team, set their business model and strategy, and helps them prepare for global expansion.

In a corporate and consulting career spanning more than 27 years, Anthony has helped more than 100 medium to large private companies and associations. He takes clients through a rigorous review, engaging management, staff and customers to craft a new vision of growth for their business.

His expertise comes from experience. Before establishing his management consulting business, he worked in the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia in services, manufacturing and distribution industries, holding CEO and director positions. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker and facilitator at seminars and conferences on a range of business growth topics.

For 3 years up to December 2017, Anthony was the Chairman of the Sydney Hills Business Chamber -one of the most dynamic business chambers in Australia.

Anthony is a graduate of the AICD Company Directors course and Chairs a number of client Advisory Boards.
