Overview

Discover global trades and automotive talent solutions for NT employers. Learn sourcing, visas, mobilisation and long‑term workforce support

Dizon & Associates International Recruitment is pleased to invite you to our upcoming International Recruitment and Migration Information Session for Trades and Automotive Employers in the Northern Territory.

This session is designed for businesses across the trades and automotive sectors that are currently experiencing skills shortages and seeking sustainable, long-term workforce solutions through international recruitment. It provides a practical, end to end overview of the global recruitment and migration process, from sourcing skilled tradespeople overseas through to skills assessments, visa pathways, mobilisation, compliance, and long-term retention strategies.

For organisations that cannot attend in person, the session will also be live streamed to ensure accessibility for regional and remote teams across the NT.

We will also share an overview of the skilled occupations currently in demand across the Northern Territory, including automotive trades, heavy diesel mechanics, panel beaters, fabricators, welders, belt splicers, machinists, and other technical roles where we have active international talent pipelines through our partners in South Africa, Ireland, the UK, Europe, the Philippines and other regions.
