Mia Rennick brings a powerful and multidisciplinary perspective to Alliance Building & Construction, contributing to major developments and complex refurbishment projects.
Mia’s journey exemplifies the diverse paths women take into the industry. Starting her 'career' as a Hydraulic Fitter during her school holidays, she is deeply passionate about creating accessible pathways for women in traditionally male-dominated fields. Mia strengthens her expertise by blending hands-on site experience with formal qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Project Management.
Her unique background, including a Master of Business Administration and experience in small-business ownership and marketing, provides her with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities essential for navigating and succeeding in the construction environment.
