Toad Busting
Join us for an evening adventure as we team up to tackle those pesky cane toads!
Get ready for a hands-on session where you’ll play a part in reducing cane toad numbers and protecting our local biodiversity! Cane toads are widespread across the region, posing serious threats to native wildlife, domestic pets and local ecosystems.
Led by experts from Watergum, this interactive event will teach you how to identify cane toads at every stage of their lifecycle and how to safely and humanely capture them. You’ll also learn about their impact around your home and local environment, how to toad-proof your home, and how to create habitat for native frogs and other wildlife.
Perfect for families, frog lovers, nature enthusiasts, and anyone keen to make a positive impact in their local area - this is your chance to take action and be part of the toad busting movement!
