Is There A Dress Code?

There is no dress code for this event. Though like any venue, please ensure you are wearing closed shoes. Open toed heels for girls is fine to wear.

Can I Buy Tickets At The Door?

You can purchase tickets at the door [Both with cash and card], so long as the event is not sold out.

How Do I Get A Refund?

Our refund policy is written in our terms and conditions, please ensure you read this upon purchasing your ticket. We do not offer refunds for our events, though we can assess reasonings on a case by case basis. If you would like to discuss a refund please email bookings@throwbackevents.com.au.

Is The Vessel Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our vessel, we do not cater for those who require wheelchair access.

Is There Wi-Fi Available Onboard The Vessel?

Accepted Answer

There is no Wifi available onboard the vessel. However 3G or 4G will work just fine despite being out on the Harbour.

Is There Food Onboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have a pizzeria eating area on Level 1 of our vessel where you can order a selection of Pizza's.

Can I Bring My Own Food Onboard?

Accepted Answer

No, as we have our own kitchen where guests can purchase food we do not allow outside food onto our vessel. However, If you are catering for a VIP group we allow you to bring food. We can happily place large items such as cakes or platters in our kitchen to keep this cool until you require it.

I Can't Come Anymore, Can I Give My Friend My Ticket? Do I Need To Do A Name Change?

Accepted Answer

You can give your ticket to whoever you like given that you won't be able to attend the event. A name change is also not required.

What Is The Refundable Ticket Option?

Accepted Answer

In general, our terms and conditions state that we do not provide refunds for any given circumstance. Nevertheless, with our refundable ticket add on option, you will be guaranteed a refund for your ticket for any reason. For example, change of mind, weather, illness etc.
