Thriving Through Perimenopause
Understand your body. Support your hormones. Feel like you again.
Perimenopause is a natural stage of life — yet so many women feel confused, overwhelmed, and unprepared for the changes happening in their bodies and minds.
Thriving Through Perimenopause is a gentle, empowering evening designed to help you better understand what’s happening, why symptoms occur, and how to support your body naturally through this transition.
This is not about quick fixes or unrealistic expectations.
It’s about education, compassion, and practical tools you can actually use.
You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and more confident about the next chapter of your health.
Some of the things we will cover
- What perimenopause is and how it differs from menopause
- Common symptoms and what drives them
- How hormones influence mood, sleep, weight, energy, and brain fog
- Nutrition and lifestyle foundations that support hormone balance
- Simple ways to feel more like yourself again
- Emotional wellbeing, mindset, and navigating change with self-compassion
