Ian Schell is the founder of He has embarked on a quest to share the information, tools and techniques that helped him beat his depression. His mission is to help others improve the quality of their lives.

A little more about Ian:

On his 21st birthday, Ian Schell tried to take his own life. Again in 2014, he hit rock bottom and had thoughts of ending it all.

On paper he had it all—a lovely wife, two great kids, a good job and pay, a renovated house and yet he was severely depressed and suicidal.

With a wife and two kids, suicide wasn’t an option and he needed help, badly!

At great financial expense, Ian learned new information, tools and techniques which empowered him to overcome his depression, anxiety, and stress.

Ian now enjoys a life of health and happiness he only dreamed possible.

Ian is on a mission to help as many people as he can who are suffering the effects of stress so they

too can enjoy healthy, happy lives.

Supporting Ian and continuing to share the messages of living your best life will be the team: Vanessa Pappallo, Samantha Bradder, Martin Ball and Aisling Feeney.

The beautiful Vanessa Papallo:
