<p>‘Cross-continental Listening’ celebrates the stories, voices and practices of artists with Asian heritage living in Australia with a focus on experimental music and performance. Storytelling is at the heart of the program whereby audiences are invited to listen to spoken poetry and panel presentations which will frame the musical performances to follow. Co-curated by Victoria Pham this program will position audiences to listen deeply to the diversity of sound practices, language and music of CALD composers and performers. Artists include Flora Wong - violin, James Nguyen - filmmaker, Nicholas Ng - erhu, Chloe Chung -dizi/flute. </p>
