Be inspired by the latest food ideas at the sixth Food South Australia Summit, Thoughts for food which is be held in Adelaide in May this year.
Thoughts for food will examine consumer attitudes and behaviour and the latest trends and innovations in food, and how the food industry can best be prepared to meet the future eating habits and choices of Australians.
The annual Food South Australia Summit is recognised by governments, food industry leaders, food growers, food producers, food retailers and food eaters as the conference for the State’s food industry and is well placed to provide access to important leaders and networks in the food industry.
An invigorating lineup of speakers, including keynote speaker Peter Williams, recognised thought leader and practitioner in Innovation will provide the insights and information on the latest trends and strategies for the food industry.
It attracts approximately 200 people each year, with numbers and interest increasing. The format for the event encourages networking and the exchange of ideas and information as all attendees are seated at tables.
The 2016 Food South Australia Summit is included as part of the Tasting Australia program so has the opportunity to attract international guests and media and members from the public as well as industry leaders and specialists.
