About this event

  • 2 hours

The Research Education and Development (RED) team are pleased to announce that registrations for the workshop: Thinking About Graduate Research Careers are now open. This session provides a supportive space to think, share and reflect on your career motivations, ideas and aspirations.

It can sometimes be challenging to imagine your post-degree life. In this session, there will be facilitated and interactive exercises and activities to help you better understand your own interests and expectations for work during and beyond your research degree.

Why should I attend?

It’s good to think broadly about your future: You might not be sure about exactly where you are heading but it is never too early to start examining what you want from work and planning for future success. It’s often easier to engage in these thinking exercises in a supportive space with fellow researchers and to share experiences than to go it alone.
