Therapeutic Letter writing is a tried and tested method of working through issues you may be experiencing.
This 3 hour experiential session helps you develop the skills to start writing a therapeutic letters. No powerpoints!

- Decorating your letter (if desired)
- How to process your letter
- (Optional) sharing
- Letter writing time with all necessary materials to create what you want.
- Handouts to take away.
These are letters NOT to send. You can say what you want to say. Tell of experiences you may never share another way, or simply say thank you to someone you want to thank. You can make them pretty or keep them plain. The options are endless and ultimately therapeutic and very good for self-care.
Being a therapeutic session there's also an opportunity for a 30 minute debrief session separately with Frances Carleton after the session. This is included in the cost of this workshop.
