Stress/anxiety are built into this world, this course won’t reduce stress/anxiety in your life but it will teach you practical yoga lifestyle techniques that act as natural relaxants which calm the mind and sooth the nervous system reducing stress responses and there harmful effects so that you deal with stress/anxiety better.
