Melbourne. We’re pulling out all the stops for you.
You’re invited to The WorkPlayce, a free pop-up experience giving you a taste of the very best of Western Australia, right in the centre of Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square.
But it’s not just any taste. There’s a twist. Before you come inside, you’ll have to make a tough decision. Do you want to work? Or do you want to play? Either way, we’ll take you away to WA.

If you’re heading to The WorkPlayce during your working day, you can take your to-do-list to a stunning WA destination and book out a one-hour working session between 8am-5pm. You’ll experience a unique kind of ‘remote working’. 
You’ll be able to take an hour out from your daily grind and enter a virtual city nestled in nature. Immerse yourself in the natural wonders of Kings Park, the playful dolphins of Rockingham and the warm glow of the sunset as it sets over the Indian Ocean at Cottesloe Beach. Take your laptop and plug in to a space that will brighten up your working day. You’ll tuck into some tasty refreshments, surrounded by the sounds of calling birds, calming waves and bubbling streams.
Alternatively, bring your team down and hold a brainstorm in the most creative surrounds, buckle down and write that looming presentation or collaborate with like-minded individuals to create something new.

If you choose to play, you’ll be rolling the dice with a sense of adventure. 
Each day, our Play pop-up space will be transformed into a takeover of one of WA’s most stunning destinations – Perth (Tuesday 13th), Ningaloo Reef (Wednesday 14th) and Broome (Thursday 15th).
You’ll be able to book into one of our specially-curated 30-minute experiences between 12pm-8pm. 
What’s on:
Day 1 Perth Tuesday 13 February: You’ll take a trip along Perth's coast and river, enjoy a Perth inspired grazing plate created by Paul Iskov of Fervor, meet travel photographer Sam Evans and enjoy a tutorial from him on how to take Instagram-worthy travel shots. Foodie and cookbook author Hayden Quinn will be joining Paul in the 11:45am & 12:30pm sessions, so don’t miss out on his delicious WA inspired culinary demo! If you manage to be one of the lucky ones to book a session between 4pm-8pm, you’ll also enjoy a delicious WA wine tour with epiQure.

Day 2 Ningaloo Reef Wednesday 14 February: You’ll take a trip to the beautiful Ningaloo Reef and its surrounds with travel lover Lincoln Lewis, unwinding on a hammock while you tuck into some delicious Exmouth prawns, enjoy an ice-cold WA Beer and have a go at virtually swimming with whale sharks! If you head to one of these sessions after 4pm on Valentine's Day, we’ll be serving a glass of WA’s finest sparkling wine. Talk about a pre-date drink!

Day 3 Broome Thursday 15 Feb: You’ll take a trip to Broome’s finest including Cable Beach, Cape Leveque and the horizontal waterfalls, you’ll tuck into some delicious Kimberley Barramundi, be refreshed with a Broome favourite, Matso’s Ginger Beer and learn about the world of pearl harvesting with a live demonstration from Willie Creek Pearls.
