Hosted at the stunning and charming location of Springwood studio based in Leawood Gardens in the beautiful Adelaide foothills.
Please arrive at 2.15 to settle in the space for a 2.30 start. The afternoon will go for around 3.5 hours closing circle at about 6pm.

What to wear?
Please dress in something that FEELS good for you. Something you love to wear, perhaps something flowy or sensual, perhaps textures that feel good on your skin. Something comfortable that you can move in and layer as we build and drop heat will work best.
About your host
Shannen Maree Elliott is a women's feminine embodiment facilitator and mentor who is passionate about guiding women to come home to and remember the wisdom of their incredible bodies and intuition.
She activates women to claim their desires and live from the Truth of thier hearts through remembering their unique essence and expression to be medicine for their soul and for the world.
Through mentoring, somatic therapies, embodied dance and ceremony, she supports women with feminine led creating and nervous system regulation, guiding them back to the wisdom within and living in their radiance.
