Description

Trainer currency is one of the most common areas of non-compliance, but more importantly, the quality of your training and assessment, is only as good as the quality of your trainer and assessor. So how are you using your greatest assets?

This session covers the common headache areas that trainers and training managers struggle with and simple, easy to implement solutions for helping develop your trainers and the quality of training in your organisation. Through using a simple model of Assess, Engage, Measure and Repeat. What does this mean?

Assess: Starting off on the right foot is key, so getting all the right documentation from day dot is a great start, but great RTOs know to go one step further. You provide contextualised training to your learners needs so why would you provide your staff with anything less!

Engage: There is a mismatch between what science knows and what business does. By balancing these three factors, autonomy, mastery and purpose, you can develop a supportive and vibrant culture of lifelong learning.

Measure: Do you develop and invest in your staff but are unsure how to measure the return? The solution is simpler than you think...
