Quest for Life workshops designed to help you manage stress, restore calm, and build resilience for life’s everyday challenges.

Do you need a circuit-breaker?

The Stress Reset is a compassionate and practical one-day workshop designed for people navigating the pressures, changes and uncertainties of everyday life. If you’re feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or simply in need of renewed clarity and energy, this day offers a supportive space to reset, reflect and take home some practical tools to manage stress more skilfully.

With Quest for Life’s experienced facilitators, you’ll explore simple, science-backed tools and strategies you can use straight away to calm your mind, regulate emotions, reconnect with what matters, and find steadier ground during life’s challenges.


During this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to recognise and respond to stress before it becomes burnout
  • Practical self-care strategies that nourish body, mind, emotions and spirit
  • Everyday ways to restore calm and build resilience
  • How meaning, purpose and connection strengthen our ability to meet challenges


The cost to attend is $120, and includes tea/coffee on arrival, morning tea/lunch, all materials, a Quest gift bag (worth $40) and copy of Petrea King’s book Your Life Matters.
