We will have an immersive 45 minute talk we will tell the story of how Underground Spirits came to life in Canberra. Then, some history of Gin, where it came from, what it’s known for and why it’s so popular today. Next we talk through the production process of gin, and dive deep into the wonderful botanicals we use at Underground, and why they are each so important. Then the journey continues as we explore the history of the G&T and how to make the perfect G&T.
