The Softness Within

A Day Retreat to Find Ease in Your Body, Restore Calm & Nourish Your Soul.

Saturday 28 March | 11:00am – 5:00pm
Wellwood Health, Loganholme

Step away from the noise of daily life and into a deeply nourishing day retreat designed to gently guide you back to your centre.

The Stillness Within is a guided journey of healing, softness, and reconnection — supporting your nervous system, body, and soul to slow down, unwind, and remember its natural state of balance.

This immersive experience weaves together the beautiful healing modalities of Spinal Flow, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Breathwork, and a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, creating a safe and supportive space to release layers of stress and return to yourself.

Guided by Lisa from Serenity Spinal Flow and Nancy from Heal2Flow, you’ll be lovingly supported throughout the day to discover your inner softness, access your body’s innate wisdom, and allow healing to unfold naturally.

🌿 The Heart of the Day: Spinal Flow

This retreat is deeply supported by Spinal Flow, a gentle, non-invasive modality that works directly with the nervous system. By calming stress responses and restoring communication between the brain and body, Spinal Flow allows your body’s own intelligence to accelerate healing.

Rather than forcing change, Spinal Flow invites the body into safety — where healing, ease, and regulation can naturally occur. Many people experience a profound sense of calm, clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to themselves.

What You’ll Experience

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through:

  • Spinal Flow sessions to calm the nervous system and support deep healing
  • Yin Yoga to gently open the body and release stored tension
  • Sound Healing to nourish your cells and soothe your mind
  • Gentle Breathwork to support regulation, presence, and inner awareness
  • A sacred Cacao Ceremony to deepen heart connection — to yourself and to Mother Nature

Each element of the day is intentionally designed to complement the others, creating a holistic experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

🌸 This retreat may support you to:

  • Release layers of stress, tension, and emotional holding
  • Calm and regulate your nervous system
  • Find greater ease and comfort in your body
  • Reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuition
  • Experience deep rest, grounding, and renewal
  • Feel supported, held, and gently guided home to yourself

This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen — to your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom within.

Find Ease in Your Body. Restore Calm. Nourish Your Soul.

We would love to welcome you into this sacred day of stillness, healing, and reconnection.

Love & Healing,

Lisa & Nancy 💜
