🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra
You’ll be guided through calming meditation practices, including a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience, allowing your nervous system to fully settle and your cup to be gently refilled. This is an invitation to truly rest — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Connection Without Pressure
There’s space for natural connection with other women, without any expectation to share, speak, or participate in a formal circle. You’re welcome to simply arrive as you are, be held in the space, and enjoy the sense of togetherness that unfolds organically.
