While we do challenge our vulnerabilities in our workshops, this retreats also is about having fun as a group. Laugh. Trust. Connect.

So love can begin from wholeness, not longing

Meet your host:

Hey, I’m Maz. I run retreats for people who are done with surface-level connection and want something real, the kind you can feel in your body, not just understand in your head. I’ve studied psychology for over five years and worked as a provisional psychologist, and I’ve facilitated 60+ workshops with 1,000+ people blending authentic relating, vulnerability practices, breathwork and meditation, plus fun embodied partner exercises that get people laughing, softening, and actually connecting. I’m also a nature lover, and a big part of the magic for me is doing this work outdoors, slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting the land help us remember what matters. My style is energetic and enthusiastic but grounded, and my intention is simple: create a space where you can drop the armour and leave feeling more alive.

Dietry requirements:

Foods are based on locally sourced ingredients from ‘Farm to table’ concept. Vegetarian dishes can be provided upon request. All allergies are to be notified through email for alternative arrangements to be made. That wont be a problem.

Guest may bring their own snacks, refreshments during afternoon and morning tea will be provided throughout the day.
