- A closer look at strategic leadership
- Key elements of strategic planning
- Business models for tomorrow, is transformation required?
- Mergers as a strategic pathway for success and sustainability
In addition to the slides and recording attendees will also be able to access a range of resources that will allow them to further their understanding of the topics covered, and also be provided with two assessment tools/checklists that can be used by boards to understand, assess and/or improve:
- their strategy process / strategic planning
- merger readiness or merger exploration process, including requirements for notifying the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing of intention to relinquish in full or in part a funding agreement
