There is a growing body of research highlighting psychological difficulties experienced by many postgraduate research students. Uncertainty regarding outcomes, isolation, perfectionism and procrastination can all impact on your psychological wellbeing and affect your research progression.
This workshop focusses on positive psychological and practical ways you can maintain your resilience and wellbeing throughout your research degree. In this workshop you will:
