The Reset

Life By Eight

A free 3-hour afternoon of breathwork, nervous system tools and practices for men ready to stop running on empty.

Goodlife Health Clubs Cleveland

The Reset is a free 3-hour afternoon designed for men who are doing everything right on the outside - and quietly running on fumes on the inside.Whether you're high-performing and feeling the pressure, or you've gone a little numb and can't quite explain why - this afternoon is for you.

What to expectThis isn't a seminar. It's not a therapy group. It's a hands-on afternoon where you'll actually experience the tools - not just hear about them. We'll move through:

Breathwork — practical techniques that shift your state fast

Nervous system regulation — understand what's driving your stress, reactivity and disconnection, and what to do about it

Embodiment practices — get back in your body, out of your head

Men's frameworks — tools for how you show up at work, at home, and with yourself

You'll leave with things you can actually use. Not a brochure.Who is this for?Men who are carrying more than they're letting on.Men who are strong, capable, and quietly exhausted.Men who've been meaning to do something like this for a while.Your hostPaul Grugan is a men's coach, breathwork facilitator and founder of Life By Eight a coaching and training business built around nervous system regulation and whole-life performance. Paul has worked with men individually and in groups for years, and has a particular gift for creating a room where men feel safe enough to be real. The details📅 Men's Health Week, June 2026 🕐 Saturday 20th June 1:00pm – 4:00pm 📍 Goodlife Health Club, Brisbane 🎟️ Free — limited spots

WHO AM I?I’m Paul Grugan, co-founder of Life By Eight and a Life & Nervous System Coach. My work is built on a simple belief: Real change starts with regulation, not pressure.I help men, leaders, and high-performers move out of stress, reactivity, and autopilot by learning how to regulate their nervous system and communicate from a grounded place.Summit Rise was created as a reset from the noise:

Movement through nature

Guided breathwork

Space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect

This experience isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about becoming calm, clear, and present so you can lead your life from a stronger place. If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and rise into your next level, I’ll meet you at the trailhead.Paul
