Join us for a Saturday morning womens' support group gathering at The Sprout Hub, Alkimos-Vista. This in-person event is for women who have experienced personal challenges with their mental health and wellbeing due to life transitions, struggles or increased life stress. At our upcoming morning, we welcome guest speaker Rachael from Here to Hear Australia who will talk about her lived experience as a parent, ways to implement practical tips of self-care and positive coping strategies that we can try on the day. We hope you can join us!
