Join us for a Saturday morning womens' peer support group gathering at The Sprout Hub, Alkimos-Vista. This, one-hour, in-person event is for women who have experienced personal challenges with their mental health and wellbeing due to life transitions, struggles or increased life stress. At our upcoming morning, we will discuss intentional wellbeing and what this looks like in your personal life as we start the new year together, and will then end the morning together creating a 'self-care beaded keychain' for you to take home. We hope you can join us!

Whether you're seeking guidance or friendship, or simply needing information, our group offers a warm and welcoming environment. you'll find understanding, compassion, and non-judgmental support. Whether you're facing challenges or needing peer connection, we invite you to join us.
