Join us for a community wellbeing session designed to support reflection, connection, and personal growth.

Discover how focus and attention can enhance your wellbeing through mindfulness and creative exploration.

Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education will guide us throughout this hands-on workshop. Participants will experience how simple activities with dots, lines, and colour choices can foster reflection, calm, and mental clarity. We’ll also explore practical self-care and lifestyle practices that support a balanced, mindful life. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with actionable tools to nurture your attention, creativity, and overall wellbeing.
