The Mettle Workshop

In this workshop you will be guided through making your own self-care products, whilst we explore what it means to possess courage.

We’re proud to be hosting the Find Your Mettle workshop in collaboration with Mettle Women Inc — a hands-on, confidence-building experience designed by women with lived experience of domestic and family violence.

Mettle are a charity that exists to makework force participation safe,accessible and sustainable for those who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing, domestic & family violence

This workshop is for clients who are beginning to explore their next steps toward employment and independence.
