Check In
Attendees are welcome to check into the event from 7:45am. Simply see one of the trainers apon arrival to have your name ticked off the registration list. From here, please head into the gym where you can have a look around, wait inside the air conditioned PT office or pop to the loo before the event starts at 8am. There will be cubbies available for you to leave your belongings in.

Workout Session
Our Womens Workout Session is suitable for all fitness/strength levels. If you have any specific injuries we may need to know about, please inform the Trainers on your arrival. Modifications can easily be made to ensure you have an enjoyable experience :)

Food & Toilet Break
We'll have a 15 minute break where you can cool down, go to the toilet etc. Light refreshments & food will be provided at this time as well.
