Check In
Attendees are welcome to check into the event from 7:45am. Simply see one of the trainers apon arrival to have your name ticked off the registration list. From here, please head into the gym where you can have a look around, wait inside the air conditioned PT office or pop to the loo before the event starts at 8am. There will be cubbies available for you to leave your belongings in.

Food & Toilet Break
We'll have a 15 minute break where you can cool down, go to the toilet etc. Light refreshments & food will be provided at this time as well.

Part 1 Perimenopause Seminar
As the seminar is 1.5 hours long, we will take our first brain break around 9:45am to allow the mind to process and the body to shift the energy around. Feel free to visit the loo, have some more food/water and stretch the body.
