The Inaugural Four Pillars Christmas Gin Revue, Pt II

At Four Pillars Gin we always try to do things a little bit differently, you know that.

So while we were recently thinking about new ideas for “things that gin distilleries have never done but probably should be doing” we came up with a belter. Just picture the scene…

An all-singing, all-dancing gin tasting extravaganza set in a theatre beside Sydney’s hottest restaurant, with Stu and Cam acting as ringmasters while we drink gin, learn a bit, eat delicious food and celebrate Christmas... it all made perfect sense.

So we announced the Inaugural Four Pillars Christmas Gin Revue at Restaurant Hubert, and immediately sold out!

Because we now know HOW much you are keen to drink gin and sing gin songs, we’ve added another date – Wednesday 29 November.

So, for a second night the whole of the Four Pillars team will join forces with Restaurant Hubert in their stunning Theatre Royale for a gin “masterclass” the has to be seen to be believed.

There will be cocktails from Hubert’s Jimmy Irvine and Four Pillars' own Sammy Ng, there will be tastings of many of our gins including rarities like the Underground Sydney Gin and 2017 Australian Christmas Gin, there will be a soundtrack for the ages to accompany the fun, there will be plentiful delicious canapes from the kitchen at Hubert and there will be the best goody bag EVER.

The ticket price includes all food, cocktails, tastings, and a goody bag which will include a SIGNED bottle of the 2017 Australian Christmas Gin, a jar of Breakfast Negroni Marmalade, a couple of cocktail books and a whole lot of seasonal love.
