Event Information

The current Covid-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for managing our mental health. Lockdowns, social distancing requirements, travel restrictions, and the constantly changing positions we find ourselves in is stressful. Children and young people have been impacted by school closures which have put many stressors on them, and their relationships with both family and friends.

The online Art Therapy Group aims to bring a focus to youth mental health. It is a space to process some of the difficulties kids have been facing, as well as resourcing kids with tools to manage their wellbeing. Using a variety of art mediums they will have the opportunity to express themselves in creative ways and have a shared experience with others in their community.

Join your hosts and accredited counsellors, Lucy Allen and Annette Bex, for a session of creativity and fun.

From age 12 – 15 years

Saturday, 9th October | 10am – 11:30am | Online

From age 10 years +

Please see a list of resources below that is required for the event;

- 1 x Pencil

- 1 x Sketch Book (or plain A4 paper)

- 12 colour paint box

- 12 colour oil pastels

Additional Information

Your ticket purchase will cover your household, whether you have 1 or more participating and there will be an option in the order form to list each participant under your ticket.
