From the medicine of movement into the silence of stillness✨ The descent into freedom.

The sacred descent into the deepest layers of being. Rooted in Osho’s vision of liberation, this meditation follows the ancient understanding that before the soul can rest in stillness, the body must first be released, emptied, and set free.


We begin with movement as medicine, where movement becomes prayer. Energy awakens, the heartbeat quickens, and the body remembers its natural rhythm, the primal language of the Earth. Tension unravels, old wounds loosen, and layers of heaviness fall away.

In the third phase, silence arrives, not as something we force, but as the natural clearing that follows the storm. Breath becomes the master, presence becomes the ground. Finally, we surrender into lying down, welcomed back into the womb of the eternal, where rest transforms into renewal.


This four-fold path is an alchemy of release and rebirth through movement, stillness, and surrender woven together as one path. In community, we hold one another in this rite of remembrance, returning to the timeless wisdom of body and soul.


These gatherings are offered fortnightly through Om Shanti Om – The Fair Healing Project on a donation basis.
