The Compass and The Engine
A workshop on using your values as a guide and your strengths as fuel
The Compass and The Engine
Leadership isn’t just about naming your values, it’s about living them - through the good, the messy, and the moments that test your strengths.
Join us for a dynamic workshop designed exclusively for business leaders who are ready to lead with greater authenticity and alignment. In The Compass & the Engine, we’ll explore how your core values act as the compass for your business decisions, while your strengths serve as the engine that drives momentum and growth.
This session isn’t just about knowing what you stand for - it’s about using that knowledge to fuel meaningful action, uplift the people supporting you, and build a business that reflects the very best of who you are. If you're ready to move beyond surface-level positivity and step into grounded, values-driven leadership, this workshop is your invitation.
What You’ll Walk Away With
• A values map that makes your leadership choices easier and more grounded
• Clarity on which strengths support you and which ones trip you up
• Practical ways to reconnect with your core when things get tough
• Tools to lead in a way that feels sustainable, human, and true to you
You’ll leave this workshop with a clearer understanding of what your core values actually look like in practice, not just on paper. We’ll explore how those values show up in the good moments, the hard decisions, and the messy middle where leadership is tested the most.
You’ll also identify the strengths that genuinely fuel you, not the ones you think you should have. Together, we’ll map out how to use those strengths to stay aligned, lead with integrity, and make decisions that reflect who you are at your best.
