Join us for a special 'The Chef's Table - A Josper Oven Experience' Degustation Dinner at the Stirling Hotel.

Hosted by Award Winning Chef Brendan Boothroyd, this unique experience will give you a rare insight into the Josper Oven cooking method.

Set in the Grill Library, Chef will take you through the full six course dinner, detailing the cooking method and flavours of each dish. Each course has also been expertly paired by our Head Sommelier Tom with amazing wines.

Tickets for the six course dinner with matching wines are just $120 per person and will be limited to just 28 people so get in quick to ensure you don't miss out!

- Hay smoked Coffin Bay oyster with melon and vodka with NV Stefano Lubiana Brut Reserve, Tasmania
- South Australian prawn, dashi vongole with 2015 Vine Mind Riesling, Clare Valley
- Grilled haloumi, red pesto, basil with 2016 Longview Freso Nebbiolo, Adelaide Hills
- Pork cheek, pickled red cabbage, apple remoulade with 2013 Kaesler Avignon, Barossa Valley
- Dry aged sirloin, parsnip, shallot, crispy brocolini with 2015 Warramate Shiraz, Yarra Valley
- Peach, vanilla clotted cream, macaron crumble with 2015 Urlar Botrytis Riesling 375ml, Gladstone NZ
