Welcome to The Check In | Men’s mental health meeting! Join us for an evening of open discussion and support focused on men's mental health in Harlem.
Let's break the stigma and talk about what's really going on in our minds. This event will take place Every First Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM in person at 274 Lenox Ave.
Come ready to share, listen, and connect with others who understand what you're going through.
Our monthly Men’s sanctuary group has grown from 5 to 15 regular attendees, with a 90% retention rate week-over-week. Participants have reported a 50% decrease in feelings of isolation, and over 80% have shared that they feel more supported and connected through the group.

I’m Dre Steinberg, founder of Designed to Conquer LLC and passionate advocate for men’s mental health. I created The Check In this group to offer men a safe space to connect, share, and support one another through life’s challenges. Together, we’re building a stronger community focused on growth, gratitude, and brotherhood.
