THE BREATH PORTAL: Connect & Embody.

THE BREATH PORTAL: Connect & Embody.

Infinite.coSt Kilda, VIC
Sunday, Mar 1, 2026 from 1 pm to 3 pm AEDT
Overview

Join us for a beautiful afternoon of Breathwork & Connection: Breathe. Embody. Connect. Fill your cup.

THIS IS BREATHWORK THAT DOESN'T PUSH, IT INVITES. A soft remembering that transformation can be tender.

*******************************************

In our fast-paced world, where stress and ‘busyness’ seem to have become the widely accepted ‘normal’, finding moments of peace and inner calm has become more essential than ever. Stress, emotion, responsibility and pressure, your body is always keeping the score. When these emotions aren't completed, they don't disappear.

This workshop invites you into a space for clarity and connection, the chance to regulate your nervous system and get out of your head - into your body.

What to expect

Through deep rhythmic breathing, you'll be guided to explore the delicate dance between oxygen and carbon dioxide, effort and surrender, control and letting go. Breathwork allows us to bypass the conscious mind, opening a direct pathway to the subconscious - where our inner wisdom resides.

We hope to provide a supportive space where participants feel held and encouraged to nurture themselves and embark on a journey of deep self-enquiry. With gentle guidance, you’ll be encouraged to embrace vulnerability, let go of defences, and allow yourself to ‘feel’. As you connect with the core of your being, you may uncover old memories, feel a wave of emotions, or simply experience a blissful state of being.

These moments of reconnection CAN LEAD TO:

  • Inner calm and clarity
  • A sense of ease and lightness
  • Emotional release without needing to relive stories
  • Relaxation and improved sleep
  • Peace in relationship to the breath and the body
  • Overcoming limiting beliefs
  • More self-compassion

Throughout the workshop, we will also incorporate guided meditations, reflective exercises, and integrative practices to help you fully process and integrate your experience.

About Breathwork

Our breath is a powerful healing modality, which can help the release of stress and tension, repressed emotions, bring mental clarity and can support the mind to enter into an altered state of consciousness. Breathwork is a self-healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded states of consciousness while simultaneously unlocking repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body and spirit. Through an intentional, safe and artful increase of oxygen levels, we activate different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for deeper insights and heightened clarity, while meeting the sacred root of unresolved emotional imprints. The journey of breath is a journey of self-enquiry, profound compassion and multifaceted awareness.
