Learn the correct technique to increase your strength, reduce the risk of injury and improve body composition through your squats and deadlifts! Our very own Nathan Wallace (Powerlifter, Pro Natural Bodybuilder and Strength Coach) is bringing you a technique session on all things squats and deadlifts!

Limited spots available, so make sure you book in quick!

Don't forget:
- Your towel
- A yoga mat
- Plenty of water to keep hydrated throughout the day
- Snacks incase you get peckish

We recommend wearing practical/workout clothes as there will be demonstrations and workouts throughout the day! Our gym also has a fridge, microwave and shower facility for your convenience.

For safety reasons, children are not permitted on the gym floor. We are extremely limited with space, however want to ensure you're able to attend - so if you are bringing your child/children, please let us know ASAP via email: hello@thebod.com.au
