The BIG Vision Workshop
Overview
Come and dream up some exciting new plans and find your focus or theme for the next 12 months.
Taking time out to stop, and reflect on what is most important to you is essential for an aligned happy and healthy life.
If you'd like to join me, my plan is to lock you up for 4hrs so you can focus just on you and your grand plan. No interruptions, just you and a whole bunch of tools to learn and take away. We are going to get straight into it, and when you walk out the door you will know what your next move will be.
This is what we are getting up to;
- Connect with your values, the foundations to help you set goals
- Guided Visualisation Meditation
- Create your own fun vision board to stay inspired
- Choose a theme for 12 months, and write down some goals
Spending 4 hours on yourself will be the best thing you do all year. Be prepared to be inspired and have some fun. Light healthy snacks will be provided. Wear something comfortable.

Option: Turn your day into a mini-retreat. Invite a friend, walk around the lake and go out to breaky before the workshop. There are yoga classes on before and after the workshop and a vegan cafe right next door! For yoga book directly through www.changeyoga.com.au
Dee Brennan is a Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach. She takes people walking in her coaching sessions, has people meditating on rooftops in summer and supports wellbeing in the workplace. For more than 20yrs Dee's focus has been on providing the breathing space for people to stop, reflect and create a plan to feel good from the inside out.
