March’s theme, Clarity, is about quieting the mental noise, releasing overwhelm, and creating space to think, feel, and move forward with intention. This session supports clearer decision-making, emotional steadiness, and a calmer nervous system without pressure, fixing, or forcing.

This is a safe, grounded, non-religious, non-astrological space using sound healing, stillness, and guided awareness to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself in a practical, supportive way.
