About this session

Storytelling is a highly effective tool for leaders, mentors and coaches. It enables leaders to humanise the narrative and facilitates self-disclosure. It allows for transfer learning in a way that is memorable and easy for the brain to process.

Storytelling assists leaders to make connections with their people. A good story needs context, purpose and structure. This session will focus on giving leaders a framework and structure for how to develop and deliver a great story.

Examined a structure for developing a good story
Gained techniques for delivery of their stories
Built a plan for using storytelling in future mentoring and coaching sessions
