Do I need to stay for the whole retreat?

Accepted Answer

During our time together we will create a safe and sacred space.  You will need to arrive on Friday afternoon (preferably before 6:30pm) for the welcome dinner but if you can't stay for the full duration you can of course leave when you need to.

Can I get a discount if I can only stay Friday & Saturday night?

Yes!! If you can't stay on for Sunday you will only be charged you for two nights accomodation.

Question 3

How does it work if I want to share  a room with a friend?

Do I need to participate in all the classes, workshops and activities?

We encourage you to make the most of the time though everything on offer is an invitation so attend what feels comfortable for you.

What is the schedule like?

Breakfast is served from 7am. Our first session begins at 9am. The programme is curated but there will still be plenty of time each day to just be. We have dinner at 7pm and after that it's  an opportunity to connect with others, read or relax in anyway you choose...or just head straight to bed!
