Join Juan Smith for this free workshop where we’ll practise deep listening, curiosity, and the gentle skills of healthy disagreement. With over 20 years experience, Juan helps people connect through strong relationships and meaningful conversations.

You will learn how to:

• talk well, even when disagreeing
• start and keep conversations going
• connect with people you don’t know
• use practical tools for meaningful everyday conversations
• disagree without disrespect
• apply listening and curiosity techniques
