The 2-hour in-depth hands-on session is designed to help project professionals improve the quality and effectiveness of their project kick-offs using facilitation and visual thinking techniques to create clarity, alignment, and engagement from the very start of a project. Each participant can receive a BIKABLO notepad and pens!


This is a highly participatory session where attendees will:

  • Explore what makes project kick-offs succeed or fail in real-world contexts
  • Learn simple visual facilitation (bikablo-inspired) techniques to support thinking and dialogue
  • Co-create better kick-off structures and facilitation techniques that they can immediately apply
  • Leave with practical tools and insights for their next project


The session balances PMI-aligned professionalism with an engaging, hands-on format and is suitable for project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders across industries.
