The Alf Alpha Show - MICF Fundraiser

Join Alf Alpha and special guests for a special fundraiser edition of the Alf Alpha show.

In this dazzling drag king twist on the classic late-night format, Alf Alpha steps out from behind the bar and into his own talk show for an extra special fundraiser show!

Joined by his director Pip Stachio as well as Pip's naturopath Candida (iykyk), Alf is serving one-of-a-kind interviews inspired by legends like Jimmy Fallon and David Letterman. It's part talk show, part cocktail demo, part comedy spectacle now with added optional extra : The VIP Experience.

What the funds are going towards:

Alf is bringing back Alf Alpha's Cocktail Hour for the 2026 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Our goal for this fundraiser is $500 to support the show!

This will help cover the costs of bar equipment and glassware so we can work to making the show tourable, covering the festival registration fee and payment of our awesome tech !

Merch will be available for purchase before, during and after the show.

Guests:

Pip Stachio may be small, but he packs, mostly with socks. With a big heart, big bulge and big tits, Pip is one sweet little nut. He goes well in ice-cream, on salads and exploding his rambunctious energy all over the stage.

Candida is an ALLY and boy does she want you to know. She's part of the fundraiser because she heard about it and wouldn't accept just coming along. She's decided its HER time and is quite scary so she really wouldn't let us say no.

The VIP experience

We are trialling a new element of the Cocktail Hour show for the fundraiser : the VIP experience. You need to arrive a bit earlier (6pm, no drag time) but you will be served a specialty cocktail tasting along with interactive character comedy, a seat in the splash zone (front row) and cocktail book included for good measure.
