What is your Refund Policy?

If you decide you are unable to attend within 1 week of booking, you will receive a full refund of any money that has been paid minus the initial Deposit. Up to 30 days, you will receive 50% of any money that has been paid minus the Initial Deposit. After 30 days, no refund is granted.

Can I bring my kids?,

Yes! there are plenty of activities for kids at the Retreat Centre. Thunderbird Park is part of the grounds and offers: JUNIOR ROPES COURSE THUNDEREGG FOSSICKING CRYSTAL PANNING ADVENTURE MINI GOLF FUNFAIR PICKLEBALL LASER SKIRMISH BIRD FEEDING ROCK POOLS BUSH WALKING

Are all meals included?

A delicious Breakfast and Lunch is included each day; dinner is included on the first night (Friday evening) at the Rainforest restaurant and there are also plenty of dinner options in the Village of Mt Tambourine very close by for the Saturday night.
