This paid ticketed event allows you to be the first to see the expo and secure a deal with exhibitors. Complimentary food and drinks (alcohol included) will be available during the evening from food stations located around the exhibition hall.

To cap off the Australian Funeral Expo, wind down with dinner and a show at the Gold Coast’s famous Dracula’s Cabaret (drinks not included). This is a show not to be missed!

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes, you'll need to bring your ticket/s (either printed or on your phone) and present them at the first official event you attend (Friday night's Expo Sneak Preview or Saturday's Expo). Once scanned, we will issue you with a name badge which becomes your ticket in and out of the expo.
If you have booked for the Saturday night dinner at Dracula's, you will need to collect your Dracula's wristband from the team at Hilliers by Design (sites 427, 527 & 627) during the day on Saturday. Wristbands will only be issued to those who have pre-booked and paid (no late bookings can be accepted). This wristband is your entry ticket to Draculas.
If you misplace your ticket, please contact the Australian Funeral Expo office as soon as possible and we'll arrange for a replacement to be issued.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else's name. Simply contact the Australian Funeral Expo office with the details and we'll be happy to reissue the ticket in the correct name.
What is the refund policy?
If you find you can't make it to Friday night's Expo Sneak Preview after booking your ticket, please let us know BEFORE 28 October 2022 so we can cancel or transfer it. Any cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
If you've paid for Saturday night's Dracula's dinner and show and can no longer attend, please contact us via email at info@afexpo.com.au or by phoning 0408 208195. This event is non-refundable but may be transferable on a case by case basis (depending on wait list numbers). Tickets to this event will only be transferrable if there are guests waiting to attend this event.
